An Agile practitioner since 2000, Scott Griffith, CSP, CSPO, CSM, PMP is the founder and CEO of Agile Raven, Inc. as well as a practicing Agile Coach who provides training, consulting and coaching services in Agile software development areas including Scrum project management and enterprise agile adoption. Some of Scott's current clients include Cisco and Hewlett-Packard as well as small companies and startups.

- An experienced instructor and course designer, Scott has been teaching and designing technical courses since the 1980s.

- A former high tech industry executive, Scott has held leadership positions at HDL Marketing, Hewlett-Packard, McAfee, Media Monitors, Symantec, and VERITAS. Some of the highlights of Scott's career include:
- Responsible for more than 1,500 commercial software releases per year while at McAfee as the Director of the Consumer Product Development PMO.
- Started and grew an Offshore PMO for VERITAS/Symantec as the Head of the India-IT PMO.
- Led the first successful Agile Offshore software engineering project at Hewlett-Packard as a Director of eBusiness Engineering.
